Most people didn't know this, but I haven't been able to eat most fruits for the last couple of months thanks to gestational diabetes. It was pretty mild, but delicious treats like strawberries and apples were pretty much off the table until recently. Now that I'm getting closer to due date I have almost no glucose resistance and can incorporate smoothies and fruit again. Day 9 of the #buzzfeedcleaneating challenge and still going strong. This food has been delicious and all my stomach issues have disappeared. Oh and I lost four pounds in less than a week without adding any exercise to my routine. I don't think I can ever go back to eating processed food again.
