Entry 5 ITam Night 2024 part 2?

Okay so things just got real and new things came up so first lets talk about dwta's statement;

damn guys from what I've heard they made her wait 9+ fucking hours (Don't take my word for it) before they told her that she wouldn't be performing i mean i get it that there had been delays but at least own up to it guys. like what the fuck AHAHHAHAHA and please don't even try to do the same mistake of not compensating the artists cause you guys are already in too fucking deep.

Yes Ben&Ben is more famous and is a crowd favorite, but don't pick favorites because every artist is the same and they are all struggling with rehearsals gigs and they deserve the respect for all the efforts they have been through especially dwta for making the effort of going to manila from fucking Bicol. and this is all the artists fucking get a lame ass apology statement.

Jesus guys didn't you get trained to handle these types of situations, what the fuck, the statement feels and reads like its not even sincere. best thing they would have done is just fucking admit to what happened and provide the people proper explanation of what happened. FEU Tech, Student Coordinating Council, Student Activities and Development Office (SADO) guys take a hint whatever you guys have been doing sucks shit and it doesn't work, change it own up to your own mistakes and be the change for everyone to follow. ang problema kasi hinahayaan niyo mga estudyante niyo ginagawa niyong underlings, you guys are fucking training students to be fucking lapdogs and even fucking listening to a word they say.

Entry 04 ITam Night 2024?

Oh my Lord, Have you heard about the issue of Ben and Ben in my fucking school hahahhaha well this is only an entry on what i think so don't take my word for any of the things i will say cause i wasn't there and this is only based on my perspective as an ex performer of the school.

to give a bit of background on myself, I used to be a part of FEU Tech's Performing Organization (i wont name the org nalang din) and i have been a part of it since 2018 my first year of college, i had the privilege to perform on the Itam night stage since 2018 to 2023 except the years during pandemic. One thing i can say is that the school itself (i wouldn't generalize the sister schools like diliman, and alabang) doesn't really care about musical arts, they really don't give a shit about their homegrown talents and all they care about are awards and other shit. i had this experience where in we practiced so fucking hard to perform a set on one of the schools biggest concerts (ITam Night) but they had to cancel our performance without hesitation. and it hurts it gave me and my friends trauma in performing and it was only the start of it.

To cut to the chase, what they showed in the latest concert that they really don't care about ALL of the artists they show favoritism towards what they like, they don't give chances to other artists, bands, etc. and its bullshit and i would like to say thank you to ben and ben for speaking out regarding this. It's so bullshit and tiring to hear the same excuse over and over again tell performers managements that it was all miscommunication, had to delay due to some random bullshit reason where in they have to sacrifice the other performers to not perform or cut their performance short, It's live fuckin music its not a perfect event where in everything will go RIGHT. is it that hard to always expect that anything can happen and anything can go wrong.

Why not do something about it FEU Tech you can't keep telling the same excuse, your system and management during events is very flawed for a long time now and you guys still aren't doing anything about it. proper communication and anticipation are some of the things you can do to improve. promise sobrang kawawa ng mga performers i cant help but feel what they are feeling rn.

and compensate the performers please their blood, sweat, tears, money was spent to not have the opportunity to perform the song they worked hard on to perform for your school, palibhasa kasi di niyo alam pinagdadaanan ng mga nag babanda. yun lang peace

So I've been writing new songs and materials for my band but my confidence in actually trying to listen to them is too painful. maybe it's a part of life that i have to experience this.

It's a short one today cause nothing big really happened in the past few days.
