fkdmitri:
Questions. Damn it. Questions always got in the way of Dmitri achieving what he wanted to. He kept his smile as level as possible, even though a part of him wanted to snarl, for this boy asking, and making things DIFFICULT. “Oh, you know. We all share our fears. Hold hands. Sing kumbaya, and whatnot.” Dmitri shrugged, as if it was the most reasonable explanation in the world. “Do you want to share first?” He added.
the explanation of the project didn’t make much sense to vincent. typically there was a more clear cut understanding of projects you were supposed to work on, but vincent didn’t press the issue. he assumed there was more to dmitri’s plan and simply decided to let it be. “i’m not scared of anything.” he lied, adjusting the strap of his backpack on his shoulder. “are you sharing too?”
