“I am looking forward to seeing you Baby, what’s goingon?  How was the day today?” Gerard saidcradling the phone, “No Jas, you can’t have that. Sorry what’s up?”

The sound of the dog’s happy bark in the background alerted the other two dogs who was on the telephone.  So now there was barking in the background.

“Well the secret is out they know I’m talking to you.”

Frank laughed, hearing the dogs in the background.  “It hasn’t been a bad day. Just long and I’m ready to relax and have a drink and spend some time with my favorite person on the planet,” he grinned. 

“Tell them if they don’t calm down, they don’t get to go to the beach this weekend,” he teased, knowing that wasn’t the case.

It had been a week or so since Gerard's proposal and Frank had releaseda few ghost tweets on twitter to get people talking, but now, here they were sitting next to each other calling Bella Starr. Franks fingers were intertwined with Gerard's and he could feel the cool metal of both their rings since they'd gone a few days ago and gotten Gerard's too. "Bella," the brunette grinned when she picked up. "How are you?"

It was strange how out ofall the time and with the tweets that had been going around lately Bella Starrhadn’t been able to get in touch with Frank or Gerard as of late.  And by the way Twitter was practicallybuzzing about this and trolls claiming it was all a hoax she had to stayquiet.  If anything, she was not going toreport something false that could be hurtful to either of them and damage notonly the close professional relationship she had built with them over the yearsbut the friendship they had.  For now she’dhave to give all those that @mentioned her about this would have to be contentwith, ‘You know when it’s appropriate forme to share.’

While dealing with themanager of another band that wanted to come on her show, Bella was waiting toget the ok from her higher ups about the status of settlement from theirmanager. To expressly remind them that they would behave like common-senseindividuals this time and not break anything. Sure, it’s all about image but for goodness sakes, let’s not destroy theplace.  If they wanted to call themselves‘Shameless’ she could just give thema rolling ban from her show until they understood what the fine line of onstageand offstage was. It was far too early in what could be a good career to makeenemies now.

The jingle of Bella’spersonal cell went off, shaking her head she noticed it was Frank’s number, “Ithought you’d fallen into some kind of alternate universe where they hadn’tinvented the magic of a phone.  Then youjust throw me to the Twitter imps…”

“You know I tend to worry about it when the two of you get so quiet.” Bella laughed, “But now that I am hearing from you I won’t have to send out a search party.”

Then there was the ruckus of the dogs in the background, and it was obvious they were very happy about something.  So that in itself was a good sign. Not to mention the fact that since they’d gotten back together they were taking thing slowly though they’d known each other for so long was rather sweet.  Then he spoke about all the chatter on Twitter.

“Oh,” she continued, “So you did at least see all that madness that has been all over social media. Not that you give a damn about it because I know one word from you and it’ll be crickets.”

“Nah it’s okay. I may or may not have ghosted on twitter to get things moving a little,” he admitted, hearing Gerard snicker next to him as he tried to get the dogs to settle down. In the end it ended up with him just putting them outside. 

“Well Bells, like I said,” Frank grinned into the phone when Gee sat back down.  “We have some news and we want you to be the one to release the first official post... We’re getting married,” He beamed, his fingers lacing with Gerard’s again. 

He’d fucked up so bad before. He’d left the one person that cared and he’d damn near killed himself in the process. He didn’t think it was possible, but he couldn’t be happier.

Smiling back softly at Frank’s remark Gerard knew he was right because that night at that hour he could’ve been so far up the creek it would have been shameful. But the kindness of the brunette was genuine something he’d seen with everyone and everything that he did.  There was no way that the redhead would think Frank would hurt him. The fact that he allowed them to move at a snail’s pace while they got to know each other spoke volumes to that.

Shushing Frank softly, “I know you wouldn’t Baby because of the way you behave towards me.  Even when you don’t think I see you, you are always consistent and that means so much.”

Allowing his eyes to follow the other and that naughty grin he was receiving as he sunk down to his knees Gerard bit his lower lip slightly. When he felt the kiss upon his flesh it caused a soft moan to escape him along with a slight uptick in his breathing.  

“It feels natural to take care of you Frankie that’s why-” he paused as he felt the material moving away from his skin, “…I love doing it so much.”

Placing his hands on Frank’s shoulders the redhead met his lover’s gaze with the same intense desire he’d had for him the moment they’d met. Keeping a bit of a playful edge to his words he said while giving him a slow blink, “I plan on enjoying you as well today.”

Frank couldn’t help the smile that spread over his lips at the redhead’s words. He couldn’t have been happier. There was a lot about him that his boyfriend didn’t know of course, and in a way he was glad for that. A part of him wanted to keep it that way because he was anything but proud of the man he’d been in the past...

Pushing those thoughts away, Frank pressed a few more kisses to his boyfriend’s skin before taking him in his mouth while letting out a slow hum.  A part of him was nervous, though he couldn’t place why. He’d wanted this and he still did. He wanted Gee more than anything.  Taking him as far as he could, he hallowed his cheeks, his head bobbing as his nails dug into the flesh of his thighs. 

When he finally pulled up with a pop, dark eyes met hazel and he pulled him over to the bed, pushing him back until he was on his back, though he remained standing.  “The point still stands. I want to take care of you.”
