So Paladin armor in real life falls somewhere between “Incredibly Impractical” and “A Little Bit Sexy.” 

Only 3 of these pieces are actually painted and nothing is really fit or attached yet, but I couldn’t resist giving it a test run.

Motherfucking Black Paladin Y’all

Aside from attaching all the armor to the body suit (you can see the knees are held on with masking tape right now >> ) and doing some final paint touch ups, my Paladin armor is done! It’s so shiny when it moves and it’s much more flattering than I would’ve guessed! It’s pretty impractical and mobility is AWFUL, but ngl it is kinda sexy feeling. Because it shows off your waist and your ass. Like way to design mildly objectifying armor and still have the boys completely covered, A+ design there. 

I also need to figure out what I’m doing for shoes, get some thin black gloves, and find a better way to pin this wig up because the large collar doesn’t work with long hair so I need to get it in a bun somehow.
