Mina’s Cooking School in Koh Yao Noi is a hidden gem and a total recommendation when on the island. Mina is one of the nicest person on earth and her cooking class was very useful.
Knobs flat - On the way to Milford Sound, NZ.
Missing that beautiful Lake Pukaki a lot!
Curious little Thai cat on Koh Yao Noi

Munich to Muscat contained my first tomato juice ever. And probably the last...
Riiiiiiiight after I finish binge watching the last eight episodes of Scandal on Netflix. Promise.
Career & Passion - Illuminated letters in Copenhagen and Biberach.
NYC not only fed our insatiable hunger for urban culture & street art, it also offered us food and flavored of such variety that we're still flashed. We had awesome coffee at any place we went to (you'd never be able to say that from Munich). Birch, Blue Bottle and Toby's have become my favorite cold brewed suppliers. I'm addicted to people's pops now, their popsicles are just refreshingly full of true fruit flavor & super refreshing at hot temperatures. I'll try to make them at home due to the lack of a German pendant. Baos are also on my todo list as baohaus made me addicted to red cooked pork belly in a bao roll. Steve in Red Hook creates delicious key lime pie, freezes them on a stick and covers it with chocolate. Super heavy and of a size that easily feeds two hungry stomachs. The best spot for foodiasts is surely Smorgasburg where on our several visits we had lobster roll from heaven, doughnuts light as air, tacos, another people's popsicle while watching the ramen burger line growing. And I already miss the breakfast choices. Where will I get a green smoothie from now on that has a great value for the money like the one at Owl Juice in Bushwick? Or egg's benedict with perfect yolk? Fluffy ricotta pancakes? I'm going to cry myself to sleep now, while dreaming of the lush, meaty, smoky & just perfectly created burger at burger joint in Greenwich.
