so i guess i ought to introduce this blog? so i dont just . post random fuckin art w No context whatsoever. so hi ! im alex, this is my art blog, all the shit i post here is mine, unless i tag as otherwise. 

mostly gonna be shitty phone pictures of doodles n sketches from my sketchbook or scans if im not too lazy, but im also learning digital (not very good yet tho rip) so theres probably gonna be some of that on occasion.

howdy yall i call this one 'deer painted by someone whos never really actually seen a deer and also has only painted like maybe once or twice before' (open for better quality !)

anyway i started painting this for my mum literal hours before i gave it to her, and yeah it may have taken an allnighter, way too many base sketches, and 2 and a half 'how to paint' youtube videos, but its up on our wall now so i think it turned out alright !

theres definitely a few changes i wanna make bc this was admittedly very rushed but i dont feel like doing em now and i havent posted in forever so this is what ur getting lmao

fun fact when i first did the sketch for this (under the cut) i literally gasped and went “!! HE LOOKS LIKE A STRAWBERRY !!” and thats why this exists 

also i couldnt decide on whether i liked the version with or without lineart more so heres both! (also i. still dont have a concrete style but thats surprising to approximately noone lmao.)

so for context this started as an offhand joke between a friend and i which spiralled into a shitty ms paint animatic that i drew all of the frames for in like,,, 1.5hrs maybe? jon in this is almost NOWHERE close to the design i have in my head for jon bcs i. drew All of this at about 3am? in ms paint? anyway hope you all enjoyed this lmao
