Hiraeth - a deep yearning, feelings of nostalgia, and the grief for the lost places of your past. I have this word tattooed on my hand and have a very strong connection to it's meaning. Not only does it represent something personal to me but I feel like it reflects my style in this little game. When I share my creations with you all, I get a lot of comments from people sharing the connection they have to my builds whether it be reminding them of someones home or taking them back to a certain time in their life. Either way, I get a sense that people feel somewhat nostalgic when they see my stuff and I like that, because that's what I want too. I yearn to be my young, ingenuous, self once again. It's not really a feeling I can put into words but I think we all feel it.

Something else that people say is "what preset do you use?" Probably my most asked question if I'm honest but, because my own personal preset includes paid shaders and, I don't expect the average sims player to have to pay to make their game pretty so... because we hit 10 THOUSAND PATRONS. TEN FREAKING THOUSAND of you, I have decided to make a preset just for YOU! A preset that I think captures the same feeling, the one you get when you are reminded of something from a time before. I'm still amazed. To think a year ago I took the leap to share my silly little videos on YouTube and here we are today. Sometimes I have my days but then I remember, if we all met up in a really big room, it would take me hours thank you all personally, and that really puts it into perspective for me. Please take the time to read the included text file in the DL folder as it includes all the required shaders needed for the preset to work.
