Stormé DeLarverie
Drag King who was present at the start of the Stonewall uprising in 1969. From what I’ve researched, Stormé seems like the most likely to have been the catalyst that started the riots after she punched a cop back.
Harvey Milk portrait, plus bonus Harvey Milk themed vodka bottle!
Celebrating important figures in LGBTQ+ history who more people need to learn about because he’s fantastic.
Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy book cover

I, is for Irish Coffee
Here’s my piece for my Alcoholphabet zine, and illustrated celebration of Alcohol (coming soon)! Irish coffee became popular in the 1940′s when it was used to warm up travelers crossing the Atlantic in flying boats, and regular coffee just wouldn’t quite do it.
Book jacket design for one of my most absolute favourite stories ever: And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie
L’Étranger book cover 2.0 because I wasn’t quite happy with the other
L’Étranger book cover
Who’d’a thunk my French A-Levels would come in handy like this?
My piece for the Falmouth University 'Wunderkammer' book Dogū are Japanese clay figurines, all between 2,300 and 10,000 years old, and most are found deliberately broken. Nobody knows why they were made, but theories include: depictions of a fertility goddess; an effigy to cute illness; a commemoration of a visit from aliens; or simply toys.
Happy Chinese New Year!
2016 is the Year of the Monkey, and since I’m one of those I wanted to make something to celebrate!
Over the summer I got into making these little plant pots. Then in December they got featured in Miel Magazine! More to come.
Sunflowers with mechanical pencil.
Something about sunflowers drawn in black and white is just really interesting to me!
Sunflowers with graphite powder
Here’s some sunflowers I drew a bit ago!
Charcoal portrait of Cate Blanchett in Carol for the Little White Lies competition.
I really loved having the opportunity to just indulge in charcoal portraits for a while!
