"Netflix has released data on its viewers’ binge-watching habits after analysing more than 100 TV series from 190 of its territories. The US SVoD service, famous for not releasing viewing figures for shows, said the programmes most likely to be viewed for more than two hours per day were in the thriller, horror and sci-fi categories. However, the streamer avoided giving concrete data on the exact number of viewers. Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, The Walking Dead, American Horror Story, Orphan Black and Sense8 were highlighted as some of the shows placed in this “devoured” category. Netflix also placed series that were binge-watched but for under two hours a day in a “savoured” category. Programmes in this category include its political thriller House of Cards and comedies such as Arrested Development and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt." #mediaquake http://ift.tt/24CHXym
