Original logo and stickers made for Cutelli’s honey in Australia. As with all logos I create for my clients, I provided an initial 15 sketched ideas for the logo, then refined three of these digitally, and then perfected the final choice - always discussing and referring back to the client with each step to ensure we hit what they want. My world fashion collection project has come to an end! This is my America illustration. There is a lot about America, particularly at the moment, that I don’t agree with or find peaceful so this one took possibly a bit more thought and research than the rest. I wanted to honour early Indian cultures of America, pre-colonisation so my character is a modern representation of that much like the rest of this World Series, and how these cultures are still very much a part of modern life up there and should be taken care of and respected so deeply. There are always things I look back on in my art and would do differently, but I’m really happy with it as a whole, especially the colours and hidden meanings in my theme choices and could have completed a whole project on this alone because it’s very fascinating: I find history and culture study and even politics extremely interesting. It was hard to wrap up a lot of thoughts and ideas into such a surface level, cute drawing but I loved making this none the less! I hope everyone has enjoyed seeing the different artworks I made for this study. These designs will be available soon on T-shirts, notebooks and other merchandise when I create my store section of my shop.
