Planning Center Online Basics

In the following video it shows.. how to make a new plan on planning center, how to link songs, how to add slide information and then finally how to schedule someone. 

We need to be organised and prepared as the church. Planning centre helps our production and worship team massively. It shows the structure of each event clearly and it allows the team to see when they are scheduled for.  

It also helps the person scheduling people, because if the person they schedule declines, then they will be able to see this. This then gives them time to find another person to fill in their position! 

We would love everyone to be using planning center for their campuses. It's extremely helpful and it will help avoid making everything more complicated than it needs to be.

Well, this short video will show you how you can keep your Mac tidy and organised so you can access all your files in a much easier way.

Everything that we download off google drive or off the internet for our weekly event's goes straight into finder into the downloads folder. Being more organised will help your team work more efficiently and will ease the stress on team members when artworks or files are needed in a hurry. We aim to keep the desktop tidy at all times as this also helps with organisation and is usually used as the dumping ground.

It says in 1 Corinthians 14 : 40 - "But all things should be done decently and in order." I believe that this is key and will help us step forward rather than backwards in production.

As a production member, it is vital that all areas are kept in good order and that we are good stewards of the equipment we are blessed to use.
