Have you ever been in the situation when you are searching through all of your files on your Mac to find this one file that you need for a Sunday event? You can't find it anywhere because your mac isn't organised and you have files everywhere? Well, this short video will show you how you can keep your Mac tidy and organised so you can access all your files in a much easier way.

Everything that we download off google drive or off the internet for our weekly event's goes straight into finder into the downloads folder. Being more organised will help your team work more efficiently and will ease the stress on team members when artworks or files are needed in a hurry. We aim to keep the desktop tidy at all times as this also helps with organisation and is usually used as the dumping ground.

It says in 1 Corinthians 14 : 40 - "But all things should be done decently and in order." I believe that this is key and will help us step forward rather than backwards in production.

As a production member, it is vital that all areas are kept in good order and that we are good stewards of the equipment we are blessed to use.

I use Pro Presenter every week and it is not ideal for live presentations.

I added some features and interface principles to improve this:

Multiple Cursors - I am constantly stretching frames in order to get 2 buttons close together that I need to happen simultaneously. I also want a disconnect between Selection and Function so that you don’t accidentally play a slide you want to edit. So you can select a slide and with the other hand click play. The multi-mouse support also allows another operator to create new slides, edit slides, or post messages while you are running a live show so you can focus on the concert while a a mother is pages to come pick up her kid from class.

Custom Pads - You can add any function you want on a customization page, Like a remote control. like any window you can undock it and keep it close to your work.

Preview Tab - Now you can practice and check the pacing of transitions and edit slides from a safe tab called preview with out any risk of interrupting a slide or video that’s playing live.

Unified Library - using tabs and unified UI to remove the fragmented mess we have currently.

Custom Transitions - Using a gradient map you can design your own transitions. Plus fly through the lyrics with a 3d animation timeline.

Independent Volume Controls - Balance, fade and equalize multiple sound files at once for that perfect timing and feel. You also can edit audio files similar to how you edit slides.
