Just remember:

It's easy to hide behind excuses like "you wouldn't understand, you're not [blank]" because if that person said anything, you could accuse them of being hateful and turning everyone against them easily. Know why? Because all of the outside world hate congeals here. The Internet. Where it's supposed to be a safe haven for people to escape to from all the outside hate. But it's only safe if you are a class of woman: Gay, trans, etc. You cannot have problems if you are a man. you are terrible if you identify as a male cis or trans. gay men get all the good stuff. So don't even try to stand up for anyone else because that means you think you are better than them, that they NEED your help. Or, if standing up to a non man/cis/both you are being horribly phobic of correlating circumstance and should shut up and die. Never and I mean NEVER say "not all men" or "not all cis" prove it. Show them. Talking big does nothing. It allows the ones who are bad to feel good about themselves because they think they are not. If you truly are not bad, don't ever speak, just do. Heaven forbid men have an opinion. Heaven forbid they try to defend themselves. If you do that, you are terrible awful worse than hitler scum. If you are misinformed and want answers or want to know how to change for the better, dont even ask. If you, as a man, SAY ANYTHING you are doomed. Dont even look in the direction of someone who isn't a man or you will be branded as a phobic of some sort.
