Exhausted. Drained. Emotional. Strong. Fit. Conditioned. Sore. BUT despite the way my body is feeling my mind is 100% ready and I can't wait to represent myself, my family, my sponsors, my kaikan, my gyms & dojos when I fight on the world mat in 12 days time. I've trained for moments like that all year long. I've missed out on outings, memories and time with my daughter, my family, & my friends. They say sore is the new sexy & I am not feeling very sexy today at all. Every muscle in my body aches from yesterday's double training at S.P.E.E. Couldn't imagine how sore I'd feel if I hadn't of then had my weekly reset at the best physios in town @biaphysio with the new @lindsaymw29. Loving the new Sarah Key treatment Lindsay has been using on me to move the niggles out of back. It's getting serious. Another job application sent away this morning📬 Now an afternoon of going through practicum folders and 4 years worth of study to make my own personal teaching folders including; my philosophy, recipes, activites, waiata, karakia, art ideas, science/ literacy/ numeracy ideas, and resources I've collected. Starting to look at policies again, and refreshing myself with; learning stories, documentation, reflections, theorists, child development & no doubt the curriculum- Te Whāriki. So excited for life 📚📑📋☕📝🎶🌱🍃🐞🐝
