Split between my (22M) current girlfriend (23F) and my ex girlfriend (22F)

Throwaway because I don't want my friends or family finding this. Recently I have been in a dilemma. My old high school ex (let's call her C) has been calling me every night for the past few months about how she is finishing school soon, and is nervous to enter the work force. I've kind of been pining for her since we broke up in high school, despite my friend (22M) insisting she wasn't good for me just because she cheated on me a few times in high school.

Meanwhile my Girlfriend V has been pestering me to go back to school, no matter how many times I say that I don't want to talk about it right now. I love her, but she needs to understand that I just got comfortable in my job, and going back to school would just complicate things for me. It definitely doesn't help that I recently found out that V has sucked 37 dicks before me, and she never told me until just now! for context, I have only had sex with 12 different people.

Recently I found out that C is getting married through a post in the newspaper, but she claims she doesn't want to get married to him and instead wants to date me. She hid the fact she was getting married until just now to 'protect my feelings'. Anyway, i don't know what to do. Should I tell V I want to take a break and try things out with C, or should I stay dating V and tell C to go away??? Please advise.
