>The wriggler was being himself because he was trying so hard to get free and squirming away from her in an attempt to free himself from the bag. He was making it worse and it was getting tighter around the scaled hand, foot and tail. It was a messy combo and it left Aradia sighed heavily.
"Shh honey. Let me help you."
>She waited until he’d calmed down a bit before she’d try again, using nails to tear into the bag and within a few moments she had the little one free. She was scooping him up then to bounce him some, cooing and shhing at him in an attempt to calm down the frightened wriggler.
>She ought to make Solbee calm him down.
> You'll just lie flat and quiet until she's got you free and scooped up into her arms. You'll shove your face against her, gripping onto her like when you first met, tail wrapped partway over her arm.
> You're sobbing and shaking and you're so upset this wasn't fair to you. But you're making a conscious effort to be quiet, trying to get as close to her as you can.
"He's mean to me, Ara."
> Not that you aren't back to him but you know. Pity cards have been pulled. That's just the way it goes.
