It’s Been Awhile❤️

Hi everyone! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted on here. I think I’m going to revive this account, but before I, I have a few things to say:

Quick about me: I’m at 26 year old black girl from the north east. I curse a lot, so if you don’t like it and think it’s not lady like, fuck off and leave. I’m an aspiring tradwife. I’m only into older men. I am bisexual. I love baseball, but I watch all four major sports. I’m liberal. Even though I don’t want equality in my marriage, it doesn’t mean I don’t want equality for all women. Not everyone wants to be a trad wife, and that’s ok!

fluffy cinnamon roll recipe

dough ingredients:

3/4 cup warm milk, 100-110 degrees fahrenheit

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 1/4 tsp instant yeast

1/4 cup butter

1 egg

1/4 tsp salt

3 cups flour

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (save this for later)

cinnamon spread ingredients:

1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar

1/2 cup melted butter

2 tablespoons cinnamon

cream cheese buttercream frosting ingredients:

dough instructions:

combine yeast, sugar, and milk, then let sit for 5 minutes. then add in the rest of the ingredients.

knead dough and cover it in a bowl for 1 hour to let the dough rise.

once risen, flour a flat surface and roll out the dough into a large rectangle, until the dough is 1/4 inch in height.

cinnamon spread instructions:

combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

spread mixture evenly all over the rolled out dough.

roll dough into one long cylinder. take a knife and gently score where you want to cut your rolls so that they’re even (i usually do 1 1/2 - 2 in). once you’re happy with the sizing, cut the rolls.

spray a large pan with cooking spray and place all your rolls in. let rest for 1 hour.

before placing rolls in the oven, pour whipping cream over top of all the rolls. then bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.

authors notes:

when warming up your milk for the yeast mixture, it’s very important you stay within that temperature zone. too cold won’t activate the yeast and too hot will kill it!

the heavy whipping cream technically isn’t necessary, but i find that the moisture helps create extra fluffy rolls and makes them much more gooey.

Cheesy alfredo air-fried chicken, garlic bread

INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN MARINATION: •250g Boneless chicken •1 tsp Salt •1/2 tsp lemon •1 tbsp oil •3/4 tsp chopped garlic •1 tsp Cajun spice •1 tsp Paprika •1/2 tsp Black pepper •1 tsp oregano •1 tsp tomato paste

FOR ALFREDO SAUCE: •1-2 tsp olive oil •2 tsp chopped garlic •1 cup Cream (adjust according to thickness) •spices: 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp Cajun spice, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp black pepper powder •1/2 cup grated Parmesan •40ml water (adjust according to thickness) •1/2 tsp salt ( always add salt in the last cus Parmesan is salty already)

FOR GARLIC BUTTER COMPOUND: •2 tbsp Garlic •50g soft Butter •1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper •1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley To assemble: •One loaf of bread •Mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

•Marinate the Chicken by adding lemon juice, salt, oil, chopped garlic, Cajun spice paprika, oregano black pepper and tomato paste to the chicken. Mix well, cover, and rest for at least 1 hour (longer = more flavour).

•Place a pan on medium heat and add olive oil. Add chopped garlic and cook for about 30–60 seconds, just until fragrant (don’t let it brown). Pour in the cream and stir well. Let it gently simmer for 2–3 minutes.

•Add paprika, Cajun spice, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Mix and simmer another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Lower the heat and stir in grated Parmesan slowly until fully melted and creamy. Taste first, then add salt (since Parmesan is already salty).

•Finish it by adding some water and Simmer for 1–2 more minutes until the sauce thickens. Turn off heat.

•Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer. Air fry at 195–200°C for 10 minutes until lightly charred and cooked through.

•Blend the garlic with butter, salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley to form a smooth garlic butter compound.

•Assemble the Garlic Bread. Slice the bread loaf. Spread a generous layer of garlic butter. Top with alfredo sauce and add air-fried chicken and Finish with lots of mozzarella cheese.

•Bake at 165–170°C for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden. ✨ Slice, serve hot, and enjoy that cheesy, Alfredo garlic bread.
