I feel so fucking stupid I got my PSAT scores yesterday. I got a 980 but I I honestly don’t know what I was thinking I was gonna get cause I didn’t like zero prep for it and I legit took it the morning after I concert I didn’t get home till like 2ish am rip. I get good grades I think I’m decently smart and I know I could have done better but like the reason it’s bothering me isn’t because of my score but just how my family is reacting. They make me feel and talk to me like ima dumb ass five year old and it made me 10x more embarrassed. My cousin got a like 1300 on it and he didn’t study so now I just feel a lot worse . I feel like I’m not good enough ( needed to rant no one will prolly see this and I know proll no one gives a GAF 💀)

anyone have any tips to get through junior year of highschool ? It’s almost the end of the first semester and I already feel burnt out work wise an emotionally I have so many upcoming IAs . I feel like I’m actually going to go insane , I’m starting to get that “what am I supposed to do with my life after highschool “ existential dread rn. I’m someone who for the most part likes school but I’m going through a period where I feel like I’m just counting the minute until I can leave and I am constantly debating on staying home everyday. I feel like I’m at a dead end . Im flopping at everything so hard rn . How do I get out of this ?
