Advice needed.

I currently working managing contractors performance and a different company is offering for me to go and work as a client administrator. This other company reached out to me as I'm a high performer and someone who used to be my manager recommended me as an ideal applicant.

Obviously being an administrator and taking calls etc is quite below what I'm currently doing. However the pay is likely more and I get to work from home.

Is it weird that I'm worried that it's a demotion even though it isn't really?

I have an interview for the role they want to offer me hopefully on Monday.
