Packed fruit smoothies. Easy breakfast
Easy exercises for those perfect tank top arms!
A little reminder for the day!
Wake up and open your curtains. Your windows too.
Drink some tea or coffee, whatever pleases you. Notice every sip.
Have some fresh fruit and finish breakfast feeling full.
Stand outside and feel the air. Cool or warm, it will make you feel real.
Get some exercise. Yoga to soothe, running to breathe, lifting for strength.
Take care of your body. Have a nice shower and pamper as much as you want afterward.
If you’re going to work, remember you have the chance to make anyone’s day or to ruin it. Act accordingly.
Weed out the bad language. It’s only creating tension in your body and mind. Kind words are infinitely more appreciated.
Take some time each day to improve your mind. Keep reading that great book. Listen to an incredible piece of music. Practice an instrument or a skill. The progress is its own reward.
Pictures will help you remember how wonderful life is. But spend less time on your phone and more time seeing the world face to face.
Go to sleep knowing that you have done well. Tomorrow is there with room to become even better.

Do you have any advice for someone who wants to lose weight but has a really low budget and not much food choice?
Don’t go to the gym, exercise at home! You can do your own workout or use the free videos on youtube. Use this money for fresh and healthy food. Don’t buy junk food. You can always mix cheap stuff like rice with some healthy vegetables. There is a way :) You don’t need expensive nut milk or exotic fruits, but it’s important that you eat fresh and good stuff :)

Why i started my diet
I feel like taking a snack.. again.. So i try to remember myself why i started this diet. I felt so tired! When i woke up and started my day with just a cup of coffee and on a good day maybe an apple, i fell a sleep in my car when i was driving to work. I was shocked! My body was tired, my eyes were tired, i didn't feel healthy, i was constantly insecure about everything i did. When i was eating in public i thought that people were looking at me like i was a disgusting pig eating another unhealthy meal. I DON’T WANNA FEEL THIS WAY ANYMORE!! After one month i feel GREAT! i wanna share my thoughts and i need YOUR support! TOGETHER WE CAN DO THIS! We can be the other person!!
I'm such a defender when it comes to ginger! It's my favorite! I also use it in face masks but i'll explain this later. Don't drink it on an empty stomach! Ad some green tea if you don't like the taste of ginger tea.
