Who we are...

Front Office Rocks is an online training resource developed by a Dental Office Manager and offers first-hand knowledge and experience that is designed to help your practice improve day-to-day operations and customer service.  We offer Live Training Seminars and online training videos, that are focused on “real world” office training.

Our training consists of practical and established methods with proven success for improving scheduling, productivity, lower staff turnover, and increased revenue.

With over 180 on-demand videos, there are training opportunities for the entire staff: Receptionist, Scheduling, Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator and Office Manager.  You can assign members of your team training modules that you would like them to complete and monitor their progress through your account dashboard.  Each video is followed by a quiz to ensure comprehension of the material and congruent training of each employee.
