In a spectacular display of irony, an amnesiac Venom symbiote once accused Peter of being full of rage.

Flash Thompson is among Spider-man’s oldest cast. He was introduced mere panels after Aunt May and Uncle Ben, alongside Peter’s first appearance ever in Amazing Fantasy #15.
Deadpool’s Secret Secret Wars added Deadpool to the cast of 1984′s Secret Wars. For those among you who aren’t familiar with it, Secret Wars is Marvel’s first big crossover. A bunch of hero and villains are teleported on an artificial planet where a godlike entity asks them to fight to the death.
Deadpool’s Secret Secret Wars retroactively adds Deadpool to the participants, with his presence being erased from everyone else’s mind at the end of the arc to preserve continuity.
Spidey and Deadpool interact briefly in it, making it their eighth official meeting by order of publication. They exchange kicks and banter, and Peter eventually sends Wade crashing into a wall long enough to skedaddle.

Peter I love you but we really need to talk about your self-confidence.

Now I want a fic where Spidey catches Wade doing something like that.

Spidey once crossed a blizzard to see Aunt May because he had felt that something was happening to her. He nearly froze to death on his way and had a hallucination of all his baddies throwing snowballs at him.

In the wake of Martha Jameson’s death at the hand of the Spider-Slayer, Peter got plagued by nightmare of all the people whose death he felt guilty over (that’s a lot of people). As a consequence, he swore that as long as he’d be there, no one would die (1).
This oath held for a good fifty issues, until Peter was pulled into the Superior Spider-man debacle. After getting his body and life back, he admits to Mockingbird that it was “an impossible goal”. He still swears to do all he can to prevent any death from happening (2).

Spidey once jumped from a satellite and landed in France. Even with a spider-armor and web-parachutes, the landing was rough.

Deadpool once beat a giant robot by throwing a helicarrier at its face.

Peter and Ben Reilly were really close during the 90’s Clone Saga. There are many occasions of them supporting each other (3), bantering (3), playing along with each other’s jokes (2), complimenting each other (6)(7), saving each other’s life (1)(6)(8), Ben stopping Peter from beating his enemies to death in a fit of rage (3)(5), or trying to snap him out of siding with the Jackal (4). They even consider each other brothers (4).

Spidey and Deadpool are finally getting along when they meet for the seventh time, in Deadpool vol.3 Annual #2, aka that one issue that is actually named Spideypool.
We’re two years before the beginning of the Spider-man/Deadpool series, but they’re already fighting the Chameleon together (fighting the Chameleon seems to be a very Spideypool thing to do). Many things happen, such as clothes-swapping, Deadpool kissing Spidey on the forehead, tacos-eating and helicopter-tossing.
Peter even calls Wade his amazing friend (while very likely to get shot by Wade, but that’s how it is with those two). It only took them what, ten years ? of real-life time to start enjoying each other’s company.
This issue is just really sweet all around.
