Determined to make amends, Crowley launches "Operation Forgiveness", showing up outside Aziraphale's classes with apology notes, leaving books with personal messages at his favorite café, and finally appearing drenched in the rain with a half dead bouquet because he couldn't wait to find a better one. Each gesture is met with stony silence or polite dismissal. It's only when Crowley stops the grand gestures and instead writes a raw, honest letter explaining how Aziraphale changed him - not just his feelings, but his understanding of himself - that Aziraphale finally agrees to hear him out. Their conversation is painful and honest, with Crowley admitting everything about the bet and how his feelings transformed. The chapter ends with Aziraphale acknowledging the apology but saying he needs time, leaving Crowley with a fragile thread of hope as graduation approaches.
Sure, let beings who are broken addicted and severely depressed and incapable of making a sound decision choose to be unalive along with everyone else. I sincerely hope no one who liked this is ever in any of these positions. I would not be here had I not gotten help. Aziraphale should have advocated on his behalf

In the aftermath of the revelation, Crowley spirals. He lashes out at his friends when they fail to understand why he's so devastated, finally admitting that what began as a game became the most real thing in his life. Aziraphale refuses all contact, changing his routines to avoid their usual meeting places. We see both characters processing the betrayal. Aziraphale through quiet grief and anger, questioning every moment they shared, while Crowley faces the consequences of his actions and realizes just how much he's lost.
