Yeah a ferrari is a bit too much, maybe a porsche.” cruz pointed out teasingly, though Cruz grew up in the middle class and still struggled with getting some things he wanted which is why he felt so materialistic when he has money and wanted to provide anything and everything for his daughter. the male finally walked in once invited in, following her up to his daughters room. “if you want me to, mimi.” cruz said with a sweet smile as his ran his hand through her hair. “okay okay we can talk tomorrow, i think its time for you to get some sleep so you have energy for tomorrow.” he said with a smile. The little girl nodded as she hugged the giant stuffed animal. Cruz looked over to kayla, eyes motioning towards the door as he exited the little girls room.

A FEW HOURS LATER !!
it was finally time for cruz and amira to come back from their reunion and the model couldn’t help but feel anxious, hoping everything went well. It was something she supposed from the absence of text from cruz suggesting everything went fine. The brunette has been pretty much waiting on them the whole time, filling her daughter’s absence with netflix and what was a couple of business call when she finally got the text from cruz that they would be home soon, respecting the original schedule which Kayla was grateful for. It was still hard for the brunette to wrapped her mind over the fact that cruz was truly back. He said for two years at least, but was it even true? was she even fully ready to have him back around? Which would include having to adjust to a new way of co-parenting and for that she didn’t even felt ready. It was all a bunch of questions without the consistent amount of answers she was hoping for and it was honestly terrifying her. She didn’t felt ready for him nor the impact he had on her at all. The ring bell finally got her out of her thoughts as she managed to get to the door to open it, for her to find he ecstatic seven years old and her father. ‘ how was it baby? ‘ she automatically asked, her glance directing to the little girl who answered happily. ‘ so much fun! daddy got me everything I wanted!! he even won a super giant pikachu for me at Dave and buster – look! ‘ amira showed off to her mother’s face to what she couldn’t help but rolled her eyes. ‘ everything you want? surprising. ‘ she replied though with a soft smile. Could she ever be mad at her daughter’s happiness? obviously never. ‘ nice baby, i’m so glad you had fun. Please go upstair and brush teeth, alright? it’s late. we will be here soon to wish you goodnight. ‘ she suggested firmly, to what amira execute non without a sigh. ‘ okay. ‘ she said, getting herself upstair with her gigantic stuffed animal just to for Kayla to find herself in front of cruz. ‘ you better not have make her a spoiled ass child. ‘ she letted out slightly annoyed but quite teasingly. ‘ so, how was it? ‘
As much as Cruz wanted to see Amira he also wanted to see and talk to Kayla but he was unsure if the energy would be reciprocated yet it still wouldn’t stop his from trying to talk to the other. the first night reuniting with his daughter couldn’t have gone better in anyway. they had started it out at a pizzeria, topped it off with sweets and finished the night at Dave and busters, through all of that amira couldn’t bare to leave his side. as the door opened to Kaylas place, he put the little girl down. before he could even open his mouth to greet her, Amira had already been on her second sentence of what their night had consisted of. his eyes followed amira as she excitedly ran up the stairs to the bedroom. “oh shes going to knock out once she hits her bed.” he chuckled as his eyes moved to kayla. “ you act like you weren’t spoiled as a kid, shit even as an adult. today was about whatever she wanted to do since i didn’t want to overwhelm her with anything she didn’t want to. She wanted pizza, we got pizza. she wanted ice cream we got it then she suggested dave and busters.” cruz replied with a nod.
