So I was forced to go to uni because it's what my mum wanted me to do. When I was applying to unis she told me to look at drama and English courses, and now 3 years in to a drama course that I have been trying to drop out of since first year, I want to become a tattoo artist and I've started putting together a portfolio. I can't even tell my mum what I want to do because I know it won't be acceptable to be a tattoo artist because I have to work in theatre. I'm not even allowed to get tattoos (I have 2 and I've planned another one anyway) so how will I ever be allowed to work as one. I also feel shit because I've wasted £30,000, that I will have to pay back, as well as 3 years where I could have been training, on a degree that I'm not even going to use. So it was all for nothing. I should have dropped out in first year like I wanted to.
Realised how much I actually hated school. I had a dream that my uni modules were moved to a school in Cardiff, i think it was because the Uni was fire damaged or something. It was still uni but in a school building wearing school uniforms and I was there for a long time each day, like a school day, rather than being able to choose how long I was there for. I would also have to drive for over an hour to get from my house in Bath to this school in Cardiff and I went for a day and decided I would never go back just because it reminded me of being at school.

I want to be a tattoo artist and I'm putting together a portfolio, but every time I go through it or look at work that I've done I know I'm not good enough to be accepted by anywhere and this is why I only got a C at A level art. I wasn't even good enough to do a further qualification in art to improve myself. Everything I do looks like a child drew it.
