I dont know about anyone else, but besides omo stuff, my favorite fanfic genre is sickfic or whump so I will be combining them and I think we all should.

⋆ theyre overheating so their caretaker keeps insisting on them drinking more and more water. its really weighing on their bladder.

I keep accidentally putting myself in omo situations either because Im too lazy to get up and piss and end up squirming in my bed or because I forget to pee all day and somehow I dont notice but the second I walk into my house suddenly it hits me and I almost piss myself

I like people/characters who love to hold and piss themselves when theyre alone, but when theyre with people, theyre too embarrassed to excuse themselves.

imagine someone at their house who has been holding for several hours now. they love the feeling of holding and needing to pee really bad- theyre openly squirming and pushing on their bladder. theyre also drinking lots of water.

they thought they would be alone that day, hence why they let themself get so so full. they were planning to hold until they wet.

That is, until their friend/partner (who has a problem with giving a heads up before showing up or at least knocking) suddenly walks into their house yapping about how theyre bored and lonely and want to hang out at the mall or their house or whatever

and whats the first person gonna say, no theyre busy? they're clearly sitting at home doing nothing, and they cant think of a good enough excuse so they panic and just agree to it.

and like I said, theyre too shy to say they need to pee. sure they love omo and shit, but only by themself- not when theres people around.

so now they have to get dragged along with a full bladder and a really bad need to piss- and also the realization that this is their own fault.

(bonus if the friend/partner realized early on that the first person needed to piss, but the friend/partner is kinda into it so they play along by dragging on everything longer and keeping them away from the bathrooms.)

if Grace is scared of elevators, I feel like its not too much of a stretch to say he's scared of space toilets. I mean theyre pretty freaky and weird to use.

after using it once and being freaked out by it, he decides hes going to do anything he can to use it as few times as possible.

And because he's stupid, he decides the best way to do that is to hold his piss as long as possible.

one day, he starts squirming badly, and obviously rocky is concerned. He keeps asking "grace okay, question? Why grace moving? Grace hurting?" and, realizing saying "Im holding my piss because the space toilet scares me" is kinda pathetic, he decides to lie and deny his way through it.

So, he either eventually caves and uses the oh so spooky space toilet, or he stays stubborn and eventually pisses himself. I like the latter :)

I unironically think imagining what a character (your oc or any character) would do when in an omo scenario is a great way to better develop and understand them.

think of how who is around them or who they are changes how they react.

Maybe they grew up learning their needs are burdens and should be surpressed as to not bother anyone. then they might be silent about their need.

maybe theyre obsessed with presenting themself as competent and put together, so when they're confronted and asked if they need to piss they get defensive and deny it.

maybe they are used to being deprived of privacy and therefore aren't afraid to pull down their pants and piss wherever they need to.

Maybe theyre someone who believes their problems need to be recognized and tended to immediately and they start squirming and loudly whining about how they need to pee.

or maybe they have a piss kink and needing to pee turns them on idk.

a detail that should be talked about more in omo writing is the shakiness after you finally let it all out..

It's especially prevalent if they've been holding for a really really long time.

All their energy is put into squeezing their legs together, holding their crotch with their hands, and straining themselves so hard- anything to keep themself from wetting.

then when they finally let go and all the piss comes out, they're shaky. They're so exhausted from holding that their body literally starts to tremble.

you can just say "they felt themself start to shake" or "they began to visibly tremble", but I like to be dramatic so I like to have them stumble or slowly kinda fall to the ground.

this is a situation I have accidentally found myself in irl so I feel the need to share: y'all need to consider nail painting omo

its perfect. Whether they're by themself or with friends, just imagine their painting their nails with some shitty cheap brand that takes a billion hours to dry and gets smudged super easily.

now imagine they have to piss pretty badly. They can't go to the bathroom because they just finished painting their nails and now they're wet. But it's alright, they can just wait a little longer.

but then it gets worse. They start squirming and they want to hold themselves but the polish is still sticky, so they're forced to keep their hands at their side

Eventually they have to resort to digging their heel or an object into their crotch, or maybe getting someone to help hold, or whatever else you can think of that might help. Antics ensue.

I have nearly pissed myself painting my nails so this is all from experience lol :3
