If your definition of order relies on mass surveillance, the dismantling of privacy, and usurping hundreds of years of established living conditions without permission - then chaos is awesome.
Antifa is a badge of excellence.
Labeling nonviolent privacy-rights protesters as "communists" and "antifa" is Step 1 to putting them on a list and sic'ing the FBI and US Marshalls on them.

“It’s important to use ‘communist’ this way as a slur.”
Secretary of State Marco Rubio convened an international gathering focused on rallying support for the Trump administration's fight against
This admin is literally putting peaceful, nonviolent protestors on a state terrorism list right now. They are getting ready to crack down on "communists" meaning the 60% of the country that is not MAGA because they know they're unpopular and about to lose the midterm elections.
They are using dehumanizing language to describe their opponents, and putting peaceful domestic opponents on a foreign terrorism list. They are claiming a nonsensical link between the far-left and foreign jihadists. Stephen Miller is out here telling people to "trust their gut" and that they'll know the "communists" by sight because they are "ugly." Anyone tattooed, pierced, not thin, not white, not cis, not conventionally attractive is the enemy and must be destroyed.
Don't go to the mass protests, and see the middle-aged white ladies who overwhelmingly organize and attend these events. Don't talk to your neighbor with the abolish ICE lawn sign. Trust us. Trust us. Not them.
Marco Rubio says the administration will try to “dismantle” the ICC. Who is he trying to protect?
Trump is not a fan if the International Criminal Court (ICC). Maybe it's because his pardons and his cronies on the US Supreme Court have no sway there.
The highest compliment that can be paid to the International Criminal Court is that the Trump administration is terrified of it. Secretary of State Marco Rubio expressed that fear this week by declaring that the administration would use “all the tools at our government’s disposal” to “dismantle” the ICC. [ ... ] The ICC, which is based in The Hague, came into being in 2002 after more than 100 countries ratified the Rome Statute. Under that treaty, the court has jurisdiction to prosecute and try people for committing various crimes under international law, ranging from war crimes to genocide. Most of its prosecutions to date have targeted dictators and warlords in Africa and Asia. [ ... ] More than a few top Trump officials have good reason to worry about their own legal culpability before the ICC—and the effect it could have on their post-administration life—rather than that of the average American cop or soldier.
People like Trump, Whiskey Pete Hegseth, and Stephen Miller will have to be careful where they set foot after 20 January 2029.
They've committed war crimes, they KNOW they have committed war crimes, and are scared AF of being held accountable for the war crimes they have committed. ICC needs to prosecute every last one of these fuckers.

Also conservatives: If an unidentified agent of the state stands in front of your car, he should be allowed to shoot you to death

Also conservatives: You must at all times obey the State or die.

One of the best letters I’ve ever seen just popped up on my Facebook memories. Still makes me laugh.
As today is the 50th anniversary of the moon landing, it’s a great time to revisit Dinah from Devon’s memory of this historic event. And yes, still makes me laugh.
Today is the 54th anniversary of the moon landing, but Dinah’s diary entry is still absolutely magnificent.
57th anniversary of the moon landing and the best diary entry in the history of diary entries. Sit down Samuel Pepys, it’s over. UGH.

"Drain the swamp."
Trump filled the swamp with crocodiles and snakes. It's worse than ever now.
After idealizing super rich geniuses in film, Superman brought the evil billionaire back and that's exactly what we want to see.
The opinion of the ultra-wealthy has undergone a sharp decline in the past few years as economic conditions have worsened for much of the population. Meanwhile, the fortunes of those at the top have continued to grow. Rather than visionaries who can save the world when governments can’t, they are more likely to be seen now as obstacles to progress and impediments to the actions that need to be taken to save the world.
The smug and insufferable billionaire class are destroying our planet and I’m beginning to believe it is by design. Their evil seems bottomless and they seem to despise us. They offer zero solutions for the messes they are creating.
This ketamine addled fool is as weak as they come.
What fresh GOP Hell is this now?
BOOM DOLLARS
Fuck the GOP warmongering pigs who send other people's sons off to foreign lands to die for oil and war profiteering. We must vote out every wretched Republican from the federal government all the way down to local city councils and school boards!
