My queen on her throne
My favorite music venue is: the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. There’s an intimacy despite the relatively large capacity. And it’s got great sound.
!!! so i’m going to be at the show at the 9:30 club tonight & am experiencing a really uncharacteristic level of excitement, to the point where i can feel it in my body (i guess i can experience human emotions after all), and i’m hoping someone can record this in case npr never posts it!
I'm already in line!
Oh dear sweet god.

Brownstein has two dogs, aged 10 years and four years. "They're big, so two's plenty – I think one would be great, actually," she says with a laugh. "One is a German wirehaired pointer mix, and the other is a border collie hound mix. They look like these classic hunting dogs. I don't hunt, though."

You lucky folks in Barcelona get to enjoy Sleater-Kinney, Belle & Sebastian, The Strokes, Interpol, etc! Go get your tix now!
