Deer Tick begins their tour today in Nashville and we had the pleasure of working with the great Peter Cardoso of Ghost Town Studio on their tour poster.  Three day-glo spot colors and a half-gloss black key layer on bright white 100lb printmaking paper.

DT are headed to the North East for a couple shows at the end of October (HALLOWEEN) with The Felice Brothers. Tickets on-sale Friday at 12p ET.

Deer Tick is a four-person band from Providence, Rhode Island. Their music has been described as rock with folk, blues and country influences. Butttt, they’re not exactly chill with the "country" tag. In their words, "we’re proud not to sing with a twang." We can dig it! If you’re lucky enough to see them live, expect to hear some of their incredible, original sounds. Unless, of course, they’re playing a set as Deervana, their Nirvana tribute band. Yes, that’s a thing and yes, we freaked out, too.
