Hey Richard, I’m an honest guy that knows my cars&trucks in&out,I’ve got a few “projects” I’m tryin to tinker with& I’ve been watchin all your shows, you have some good ideas, which is why I’m writing you. I’ve got a 1986Chevy P/U has a 1969 4bolt main350 w/steel crank(came outta'69 SS camaro)&a 1990 P\U 4×4 has a 5,7 engine,It’s a Z-88(yes Z-88) it used to be a police truck, has chips in it. I also have a 1989 GMC4×4 think it’s 5.7also,(‘90 is GMC also),my problem: the computer for '90 gets fuel but NOT fire! It’s nice truck, I wonder if it needs a distributor with a P/U on it? The '89 is great runnin (camouflage color) the '86 motor just sitting in it, I’m having a hard time tryin to figure these trucks out. What would you do? About ready to sell the f****rs & get a boat, although I’m tryin to sell the one I got! LOL!! Need to get one truck running cuz the '89 has 375,000 miles on it& distributors goin out.(I change oil regular& take care of my baby that’s why she’s still runnin strong. I have people commenting all the time about THAT truck, when they wanna race,my baby blows their doors in! I’ve had the Challengers-4(68,69,70,71)the Cuda’s, Super B,more cars than I could list,I was the Mopar man, that’s why I like your show ALOT,it brings back good memories. I wish I had those cars today,I’d be filthy rich, I even had a '64Ford falcon with the tilt front end, I used to race my cars for $$$&pinks, I won ALOT of cars. When I seen your show that Aaron built that 4X4 van, the truck he took the runnin gear out of looked like a truck I used to have,I used to build 4X4’s outa 2wheel drives. We were videotaped by a lot of people at mud holes, building 4X4’s brings GOOD $$$, I’d LOVE to see y'all build some of those. Thanks for your time man, just wanted to get ur opinion on trucks & bend ur ear about my stories, hope I wasn’t too boring. A GOOD FAN OF YOUR WORK & DEMOLITION MOVIES,THEY’RE KICK ASS!!!…………BURT……………
