I can imagine Bruce coming back as Batman and STILL not wanting to train Harper. So Jason takes pity on her and says he’ll train her. Not because he actually plans on doing it, but because the moment Bruce hears about it he personally shows up to her apartment to escort her to an undisclosed location for lesson 1.

Harper Row/Blue Bird

Harper Row is an especially clever young woman who grew up in the rough neighborhood of Gotham known as ‘The Narrows.’  Her mother had passed away when Harper was younger and her father was largely absent.  As such, Harper was forced to develop tough, street-smart sensibilities as well as a close and parental  relationship with her brother, Cullen.  

One night Cullen was attacked by a group of homophobic bigots. Fortunately, Batman intervened in time to prevent young Cullen from serious harm.  The ordeal left an indelible mark on young Harper and she chose to dedicated herself to aiding the Dark Knight in his various endeavors to safeguard Gotham.  

Originally, Harper mainly used her technological knowhow to improve Batman’s security cameras monitoring Gotham.  Not long thereafter, she joined forces with Red Robin and assumed the costumed guise of Bluebird.  

As Bluebird, Harper would go on to have numerous adventures alongside the extended Batman Family.  During one such adventure, Harper discovered that her mother’s death was actually a murder committed by The Orphan (Cassandra Cane).  Eventually, Harper discovered that The Orphan was being control by the diabolical villainess called Mother.  Harper helped Orphan break free from Mother’s thrall and the villain as ultimately defeated.  Since then Harper and Cassandra have become very close with the pair going on a number of dates together.  

Some time later, Harper became a medical volunteer at Leslie Thompkins' clinic, periodically accompanying the Bat-Family on missions.  She would battle the villainess known as Punchline during he ‘Joker war’ storyline.  

Actress Fallon Smythe portrays a liv-action version of Harper int he television series Gotham Knights.  The heroine additionally featured in the Young Justice animated series voiced by actress Zehra Fazal.

Harper Row first appeared in the pages of Batman Vol. 2 #7 (2012).
