What I don't get is why people reckon they're gonna quit the show because of Elena & that she should die; blahblahblahblabbittyFUCKINGblah.
Yeah, okay, she's not perfect. Hating her because she can't choose between Damon and Stefan most of the time or hating her because she chooses the brother you dislike in the finale? (I ship both Stelena and Delena, so don't you dare classify this as Delena-hate.)

Did you read the books? Did you read the summary of the show before you began watching it? DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT A LOVE TRIANGLE IS?!
The triangle ends when the show does. Elena, Damon and Stefan are the main characters and their relationship is put to the test as they both fall in love with the same woman.
People love to point out her flaws yet love the sadistic and evil characters like Klaus -Now, don't get me wrong, I love Klaus, but you have to admit; he's done some pretty fucked up things- and even S1 Damon.
You hate Elena because apparently she's a bitch or get's all the guys? Rewatch S1 Caroline and count how many boyfriends or love-interests she's had in the show. Hate Elena because she's selfish? Have you seen S1 & S2? Have you seen how Elena continuously risks her life for her friends? Did you see how she willingly walked into Alaric's trap in 3x21 to save Caroline? Did you see how she sacrificed her life for Matt's in 3x22? Shipping Stelena or Delena or even an Elena-centric ship yet you claim to hate her? You're even more stupid than I thought. Claiming that Elena is the weakest female character on the show? Have you seen S3? Have you seen how much Elena loved Stefan? How much he hurt her? The asshole he was to her? How he didn't care that Jeremy could get killed because he was so intent on making Klaus' pay because he 'took his free will away'? How he used Elena and nearly drove her off the bridge because he wanted to see Klaus' weakness? DID YOU!? And yet she fights. She doesn't give up! Still see her as the weakest female character? SHE'S 18! She lost ALL of her parental figures and only had Jeremy left, and now she'll need to deal with the fact that she's a vampire, something she never wanted to be. STILL SEE HER AS AN ANNOYING 'BITCH', a 'SLUT', a 'USELESS CHARACTER'? Why? Because she's not as 'badass' as Buffy? THEY'RE TWO DIFFERENT CHARACTERS, GET.OVER.IT.
