This is a fundraiser for my aunt who has lung cancer. I know not everyone can afford to give, but a share would be very much appreciated. Thanks guys.
So I’ve noticed that a lot of people’s least favourite episode of Supernatural is Bloodlines. Am I the only one who loved that episode? I thought it was interesting to see an episode that wasn’t so Sam-and-Dean centric and that explored the mythological creatures. Not only that but I was also interested with Ennis and his motivations and the whole conflict that played out throughout the episode. I honestly loved the concept and thought it made for a unique and interesting filler episode. Like i loved it so much, I would totally watch if the writers made a spin off from that episode. I loved the idea of mafia-monsters and thought the writers played it well. Anyone else?

You wake in the night with your arm hanging over the side of your bed. It is still dark, and your bedroom is shrouded in deep shadow. Something unseen seizes your hand.
You grasp it tightly, knowing that first impressions are important and a firm, confident handshake will establish dominance.

me, playing until dawn for like the 6th time: you know josh doesn’t get a good ending. you know this, you are prepared, there’s nothing you can do about it, everything is fine

Forget what critics are saying about Suicide Squad; that movie is just fun.
I think enjoyment of a film can depend on what kind of expectations a person has going in. I didn't go into the theater expecting to watch a soul gripping plot or to leave with my whole world changed. What I got was what I expected (and honestly a little bit more): good fun, gunsplosions, and a fresh take on some classic DC characters. However the spirit of these characters remains true in a movie that easily could have lost them. I was impressed with every actor's performance and wished I could have gotten more of a taste of some. *coughKillerCroccough* Will Smith/Deadshot was tugging on my heartstrings. I don't think that's just me being soft as I was far less moved by Diablo's sob story. Margot Robbie was a perfect Harley. Can't say more really. Just nailed it. That Enchantress-induced fantasy of 50's bourgeois family was spot-on. Could even say that this is what it's like in Harley's head each day. Her, Mr. J, Bud, and Lou as her little family. Jared Leto's Joker pleased me and especially the sweet possessive side of his relationship with Harls. Cute as buttons. Viola Davis captured cold, calculating, doing-what-others-won't Amanda Waller to a tee. And special mention to Ike Barinholtz as Griggs/the guard I loved to hate. I've seen reviews pointing out the flimsiness of the plot and they have a point. Is the plot thin? Yes. Does it really matter? Nope. For me, it detracts nothing from the movie. Let these guys have a mission changing a tire. It would still be good. From the very first peek of bubblegum grunge logos, it's clear this is a movie that knows it's a movie. A kid showing off for daddy's video camera. DCU meets Hollywood-gangsta-pop. You get the idea. Task Force X benefits from this overall style in a way that a major Justice League player could never. These aren't the cream of the crop villains (except in my heart), they can afford the levity. So can you.
If only the rest of the Snyder films could've been this good...but that's a post for another day.
Add-in:::: Ok I did think of at least one complaint and this is a hard one to admit but Cara Delevingne could use some improvement. Not so impressed.
“You can’t kill me, I’m part of you now.” You were always faster then me, I will never catch up with you. -No One’s Here to Sleep Started on: June 25 2016 Finished on: June 25 2016 Total time: 10 hours Subject: Theon Greyjoy and Ramsay Bolton ASOIAF/ Game of Thrones Painted in: Photoshop CC 2015 on a Cintiq Companion 2 Notes: I don’t care if Ramsay told Sansa she couldn’t kill him, he should have said it to Theon. I don’t even care. Sansa was given half of Theon’s arc inexplicably at the expense of her own story in the books, don’t expect me to respect it all the time.
“You can’t kill me, I’m part of you now.”
You know which GoT death was really sad?
Roose Bolton’s.
Of course it is sad to see a great character, a great “villain”, leave the series and it must have been pretty shitty for Roose to be stabbed by his own son, though it is rather unclear if he actually cared for his (now legitimized) bastard at all since it is difficult to see behind Roose’s facade as a viewer, but what was really quite heart breaking (in my opinion anyway) about this scene was Ramsay. Once he hears that the child had been born a boy, and is thusly the legitimate heir to his father Roose his position as heir is threatened. It is very clear that he makes the decision to kill his father right then and there because he, very much like us, can not tell for certain if his father would keep him around, since there is now no actual need for him to be there anymore. So he goes to hug his father knowing it will be the first (?) and last time.
When Roose says: “You will always be my firstborn.” Ramsay doesn’t know if he means it, but I am fairly positive that Ramsay very much means it when he in turn says: “It means a great deal to me.” Since that was really all he had wanted, he wanted his father’s recognition and his father’s love I’m sure. Now he may have it or maybe not he doesn’t know himself, neither do we.
When Ramsay stabs Roose he looks away, which is totally unlike the sadistic psychopath we usually see when Ramsay kills people. This time he didn’t enjoy it. He only looks back at Roose when his body falls to the ground but even then he averts his eyes rather fast, looking clearly shaken and cleaning the blood from his dagger quickly. He only killed his father out of necessity, or at least what he perceived to be necessity (similarly when killing lady Walda and his baby brother he doesn’t seem to enjoy that all that much either, though he clearly feels way less remorseful about it since he didn’t care much for her or the baby). The worst part about it all is that he can only tell himself it was truly a necessary thing to do to guarantee his own survival, when in actuality he has no way of knowing for sure if his father was not actually speaking the truth. And for a kid who has been trying to make his father love him all these years just to have it realised and then immediately taken from him, by his own “choice” is actually really horrible…

Just watched The Good Dinosaur. Can't see why some people like it so much. Yeah, the animation was mind-blowing, but the plot was boring, the dialogue was cliché, and I cared more about the odd side characters than the main ones. Ah well.

Dude I have no problems at all admitting that my ship is something just for me, for my little headspace. I wish others could admit that as easily. It’s to please me, it’s something I personally like, a version of happiness (or angst) that speaks to me. In no way do I think anyone else has to see it my way. If they do, terrific, let’s be friends and giggle and eat marshmallows and yip about it.
But to sit and guilt people and force them to think how you do…it just seems ridiculous at best. I’m not going to play with the toys how you want me to. You will have to understand that, because everyone is different. End of story. Instead of trying to force me into your mold, why not spend time enjoying yourself with people who see things in your light. Then everyone is happy. :)
RIP, you beautiful jungle cat.
