Who knew such a small child could become such a large part of the most prestigious high school in Japan? After being rescued from the clutches of his father, All for One, Izuku and his mother, Into, have to stay at UA for their own safety. At least, until All for Once is no longer a threat to them. As the years pass by, the faculty and students of UA quickly fall in love with the young boy running about the halls and jotting down barely legible notes in his notebooks. He seems to be having a fairly normal childhood. If only such an illusion could last. When villainous attacks start to emerge against UA, everyone’s attention falls on the young boy taken in by heroes, and not every gaze is filled with concern. I made this for @fullcowlbang and I gotta say it was as fun as it was exhausting. My partner for this was @spitz-and-miley (check his beautiful artwork!!!! he has another amazing pieces in his instagram too, so do yourself a favour and check them too) I certainly don’t deserve him. Anyways, here it is:

Title: Coffee Whim

Summary: 

At some point, it became a custom. Kaminari would stop by the café three or four times a week, with the excuse of a coffee whim to tell Sero how his day went, the good and the bad anecdotes, brightening everytime he managed to get a laugh out of him and his heart expanding on his chest everytime he smiled.

So Kaminari kept ordering and Sero kept delivering, to the point that the coffee Denki had loved all his life became something even bigger for him. Something brighter.

Classic coffee shop au. Kami loves coffee, Sero is good at making it. They fall in love with each other easily, they take much more time in making any move though. Because, of course, they are pinning disasters.  

Warnings: Mentions of a Oc that passed away. Also it is very cheesy. And it also has too many vines but not enough meme references. Proceed with caution.

Title: Coffee Whim Word count: 15,095 (still in progress) Rating: General Pairing: KamiSero Warnings: slight mention of an oc that had passed away. Not focused on that. Summary: Classic coffee shop au. Kami loves coffee, Sero is good at making it. They fall in love easily, they take much more time in making any move tho.Fluff, fluff and more fluff. They go to a pair of dates too, very weird and not normal at all dates bc they are dorks. A lot of pinning, and mentions of the bakusquad. Kami is an Artist ™ (and an animation student), hes a very creative kid. Sero is a Programming student and a good advicer. They both tend to daydream a lot. Specially about each other. Mina is the matchmaker(¿??? So is Bakugo but he isn’t aware of it. He’s a good friend to Kami and tries to listen to him about his problems despite being the middle of the night. Kirishima is a writer wannabe and loves to fantasize, specially about Kami’s ideas bc they are Gucci. Sero asks his grandma coffee récipes so he can make Kami to smile more. He is that much of a cutie. They don’t Kiss until the end and it is because i love slowburn and shit. But when they do it is snowing bc im that romantic sue me.   1st ROUND CLAIM: @spitz-and-miley

Title: Security Word count: 26,556 (still in progress) Rating: PG-13 Pairing: Gen/No pairings Warnings: A slight mention of blood, wounds and some abuse, as well as vulgar language Summary: This fic features a lot of Parental Moments between Aizawa, Toshinori, and Izuku. Different points of view are told throughout the story, allowing a fresh perspective from various characters' insights. The writing style used provides detailed descriptions but also leaves room for creative interpretation by the artist. 1st ROUND CLAIM: @nekosisterart

How FCB will proceed

First of all we’d like to thank you for your patience while we figured out which way to go with this event. Unfortunately artist response was also low. Out of 32 only 11 people have responded. Out of those 11, only six still wish to participate.

Although, as mods, we are disappointed with how things have turned out, we want to continue in the spirit of the event as it was intended. 

- Claim previews will be going up later today - Claims will open tomorrow

Artists please read

Artists still wanting to participate:

Solo Track will only open after all three fics have been claimed, meaning that you can not participate as a solo artist until this has been done. The reason for this as a Big Bang event, the aim, first and foremost is for fics that have been submitted to be claimed.

Once all fics have been claimed, then we’ll put up a form asking you to confirm your intent to participate as a solo artist.

Deadlines

Because we have only three fics submitted, posting date will be the same for everyone. Please see below for schedule. There will be NO FURTHER changes to the FCB schedule.
