Wrote a simple script in Matlab to plot the paths of the crank, rocker, and the point P.
Then used Solidworks Motion Study to trace the path of an arbitrary point, P, on a coupler link (blue) of a four bar mechanism to check the accuracy of the script.
The script allows you to visualize the paths of any point on a fourbar mechanism given the lengths of all links without having to model anything first.
(This was an example of a Non-Grashof triple-rocker, so Matlab only plotted the path of point P until the crank could no longer fully rotate)
