idrk who you are but ive been a follower of your blog and occasionally see u on my feed! i saw ur posts from yesterday and i just wanna say, how u feel is valid. idk what happened to you, but life can be so astronomically tough. you’re not alone and when things are dark, it can be so hard to see the good in the world. happiness isn’t one solid thing- it’s little moments that matter. like feeling understood, a joke that brings laughter, or simply enjoying the feeling of like stupid summer air lol!! you don’t need to be happy all the time for it to be real, and from the sounds of it, i’m sorry you’ve been at a point of hopelessness. i get it, and i can’t really say ‘things get better!’ coz sometimes they get worse, but life is a balance and i promise you the small sweet good moments make it all the more worth it. if u need anything never be afraid to reach out for support :) people do care.
