We lost something special when the industry standard for animatronics changed from hydraulics to electronics. If an animatronic breaks I don't want to see it freeze or A-pose or whatever, I wanna see it do The Slump (TM). It's not funny if they just stand still, it's funny if they give up mid-sentence and hit the fent lean.
