aimorrago:
THERE comes a voice he hasn’t heard in a long time. a growling behind him, like a canine released from a prison and let loose to roam as it pleases. fortunately, this hungry animal has no idea who he’s speaking to nor does he intend on revealing who it is he’s face to face with. ❝Mad dog…❞ terumi mutters under his breath as he’s questions about ragna the bloodedge.. that pup that has a penchant for getting in the way of literally everything. he keeps a straight face, hands now in his pockets as he shrugs exaggeratedly. he reminds himself the seal on him prevents him from fighting anyone who has no will and so he wills himself to make it so. terumi has no intention of fighting this feral beast.
❝Do I look like I know someone by that name? … … well, you’re in luck. I do.❞ despite sounding seamlessly convincing, he metaphorically opens his hands for this dog to eat from. now the only thing left is to get him to shove his face in it. the serpent grins at this chance to put a leash on this puppy… ❝Looking for something to eat, huh… I know where he lives. Haven’t seen him yet, but someone I know has and I’m betting you’ll do anything to sink your teeth into a morsel like that, right?❞
Now this he liked. It would never best the indescribable euphoria that bullets and carnage on the battlefield could provide, but being led to it was certainly enticing enough to demand his attention. It seemed that as long as Azrael chose to linger here, he wouldn’t get what he truly desires. Nonetheless, the enlightenment made it worthwhile.
He had initially met the stranger’s words with a frown, but upon such a mouth-watering revelation the beast perked up with a satisfied smile. “That was easier than I expected. I’m grateful. But certainly you aren’t agreeing to assist me with no gain on your end, are you? Looking for something yourself?”
