I rehearse next door to this building and have done photo/video shoots here. You can see it from I-90 and I’ve always been really drawn to it. I think it’s was one of the most beautiful pieces of art in Cleveland.

I never thought much of the history of the building until I discovered it used to be the Joseph and Feiss building where my Grandmother and Mother worked. My Aunt and her ex-husband met and birthed my cousins while working here too.

My mother cried when I showed her photos of what it looks like now. It’s really intriguing to me to think about people in my family working in this area for 3 generations and the attraction I’ve always felt to this building. Maybe coincidences aren’t all that coincidental?
