at some point writing to cloud is like writing in a diary to sephiroth so now the letters look more like:

Today, or what would count as "today", time is null here in the lifestream, your Centra and Zack tried to face me again. They had brought two human couples as well, my grandparents apparently. Some asinine attempt to reach my nonexistent humanity. I truly do not understand why they try. Anyway, I delt with them and shouldn't hear back for quite sometime.

Don't worry puppet, I didn't kill them. They were already dead so all i can really do is beat them till they lose consciousness. Though in this incorporeal form it's more accurately "loose focus".

How have you been, dearest? How long has it been since we last clashed, since we last tasted each other's blood? Too long, I know, but the exacts I do not. Have those children you were looking after grown to maturity yet? My that would be quite the shock for you I'd imagine. You were barely one when you killed me the first time, and now two lives that barely reached your knees have reached that same age - if not surpassed it. Odd to think about.

What do you do with your time? I've been busy focusing power elsewhere so I haven't been keeping up as I should. A travesty, I know.

This is the greatest summation of Sane!Sephiroth's character.

One thing I really love about FS is that it confirmed for us that Sephiroth was a deeply vulnerable, sensitive, insecure person. Who suffered far more than anyone his age ever should. From the abuse and exploitation under Shinra, the loss of his connections, the trauma from Alissa, the manipulation of Jenova, etc. Everything in his life was pushing him closer and closer towards destruction. And it's a miracle that despite this, he still TRIED to be a good person. He held on for a long time. He genuinely did the very best he could. And, for a while, he was stronger than his past. Stronger than his pain.

An orphan. A cyborg.

A killer who wished to preserve lives at all costs.

A solitary lab rat who loved and cherished his few and far between friends.

A false hero with a hero's heart.

That was him. That was who he really was.

That was Sephiroth.

So, I maybe figured out what was causing the migraines. In addition to stress from last month, it is cold in here. We got a window unit since our old building doesn't have central air.

So. . . the AC was blowing on the back of my neck. I am now wearing a hoodie writing and it's 70F out.

And my doctor's office called this morning. My PCP is out on the 17th. The new appointment is the 1st.
