ATTENTION ANYONE WHO WEARS DIAPERS‼️ (Diaper fluffing tutorial)
It seems like a lot of people in the abdl community don’t know about diaper fluffing, so I thought I’d make a quick tutorial! If you’re not sure what diaper fluffing is, it’s basically breaking up the fibers in your diaper to let air in, and make them thicker and more comfortable! Diapers are packed SUUUPER tight to make shipping cheaper, so your diapers won’t come out of the package as fluffy as they should be! Here’s how you do it
Step 1: Unfold your diaper all the way (pretty easy)
Step 2: Fold your diaper in half hotdog style, then gently pull your hands in opposite directions up and down the fold you made. You should feel the material giving a little as you do this. BE CAREFUL AND DON’T RIP THE DIAPER
Step 3: Unfold your diaper, and do the same thing to the inside, gently pulling your hands apart
Step 4: Voilà! Fluffed and ready to go!
Here’s a picture of the diaper I fluffed next to one right out of the package
The difference is really amazing! Hope this helps you guys! Stay dry 💖
Edit: Send me a message if you had a problem or something. I tried to make the directions as clear as possible but I’m always here to help!
Also here’s this for anyone who hasn’t seen it! Diaper fluffing is super cool if you haven’t tried it

Wearing Diapers in Public - Tips and Tricks of the Trade
By @shhhhdl and @moonbathinginthesea
For any ABDLs or incontinent people out there who are interested in wearing diapers, or already do wear, it can be a very stressful experience. Stress of being “found out”, leaking, or otherwise embarrased by wearing diapers can make it a lot harder than it needs to be. Hopefully, this guide can give you some tips to make it a lot easier to be confident in wearing diapers, either for need or for fun!
#1 - No one cares.
Seriously, no one around you is checking the people around them for diapers. Wearing diapers out in public is not a big deal at all. Wearing the first time out in public can be nerve wracking, but at the end of the day what’s in your pants shouldn’t matter to anyone besides you.
#2 - Number 2
For those of us who are not bowl incontinent, it’s always always ALWAYS best to hold your BMs as best as you can. Not only do you exponentially increase your risk of being found out, you also are risking the health of yourself and others by walking around with a mess in your diaper.
For people who ARE bowl incontinent, understand that this is something you cannot help! Anyone who would make you feel bad for your disability is unworthy of your time. Wearing a diaper that is especially built for handling bowl incontinance like the Abena M4, or the Dry 24/7 is a necessity - these diapers are built to hold a mess and will do so in stride.
#3 - Know Your Diaper.
If you’ve ever ended up with wet spots on your pants in public, you most likely said “oh it can handle one more fine”. Knowing how many wettings a diaper can hold, and how to ensure a long and absorbant life of a single diaper can be the difference between a long and happy day out and about, and a very soggy, very premature ride home.
Generally, most ABDL diapers and most high-end, European diapers are going to be your ticket for all day, care-free usage. Your Goodnight will not be able to hold more than one medium size wetting without bursting, and there’s nothing worse than leaving a puddle in the grocery store ilse.
Also, it’s imperitive that you wear the right size diaper. A snug diaper is going to be much more effective than an ill-fitting diaper. Most often for me, diapers fail at the leg-gatheters, and a big diaper is going to fail much sooner once it starts sagging. They’re also much easier to hide under clothes when they’re a little more form-fitting.
#4 - Hiding Your Diaper.
Generally, there are a few things than can “blow your cover” out in public. First and formost, the infamous diaper buldge. There are tons of tips out there to eliminate the outline of a diaper under clothes, so here are some of our favorites. First and foremost, a full-length shirt and lose-fitting sweatpants or jeans can pretty much entirely shield a reasonable diaper from veiw. In fact, a diaper and a stuffer can be hidden pretty well by lose jeans, a long shirt, and a winter jacket no problem! A dress or skirt can also be your best friend when wearing out in public, but just remember that where the outline disappears, it can also be easier to see from the bottom - wearing shorts or a pair of panties over top can make this a lot easier.
Tip - if you do end up leaking in public and want to avoid the embarrassment of the tell-tail diaper wet patches, sometimes it’s best to make a scene. Spill a drink in your lap! Spilling a quarter of a water bottle will make it look like just a regular spill, and not like you’ve overused your diaper.
#5 - Have Fun! Just Not Too Much Fun
It’s important in life to learn the difference between porn and real life. It can be a huge turn on to show off a diaper in real life, and in some situations it’s fine! At a con or a munch, it would be perfectly acceptable, and even on Halloween if you wanted to baby up, fine! But please remember that others that aren’t participating in your kink should not be included. It’s a simple show of respect and decency.
Thank you for reading!!! If you have any questions or comments, pleade feel free to contact me 😁
This is an index of popular medical and adult baby disposable diaper brands, sorted by advertised absorbency. Where different absorbencies are quoted for different sizes, the absorbency of the medium size is listed. I make no claims regarding the accuracy or methodological consistency of these ratings.
I’ve sorted them into different usage categories. If you mess, you may want to consider going up at least one category (e.g., if you would normally need ‘Daytime Plus’ diapers during the day, you might want to go up to ‘Overnight’). This is because messing also uses some absorbency.
Slim
I’ve called these diapers ‘slim’ because the only reason to wear them is if you really find that you need slimline protection.

waking up in diapers: a reflection
aka: i've been unable to wear diapers for almost a month now and i'm very sad about it and think about it all the time
there's something so special about waking up in a diaper, especially a heavily used one, that's different than wearing them and using them when you're up and moving. obviously there's good things about that too! getting to hear the fabulous crinkle when you sit and move, the sweet release feeling of just going potty wherever you are, the knowledge that you're safe and padded (and if you're lucky enough to have a caregiver, having someone there to take care of you and change you!).
but waking up in a wet diaper. whether you managed to completely bedwet without waking, or you woke up for a second or two to go potty in your diaper knowingly before drifting back off. waking up with your legs spread, feeling the wet, heavy padding swollen between your thighs--there's a moment where you feel so helpless and vulnerable. you feel so little and babyish. and you're not awake enough to feel anything else.
maybe you sleep on your tummy, and you can feel the padding sagging down over your bottom, holding you in position. or on your back, and the pressure is right over your private parts, accentuated by how wide your legs are spread to accommodate the garment. on your side, if you can manage, your center of gravity is thrown off by how heavy the diaper is; usually, you're aware of it and where it's touching you instantly.
remembering or realizing how babyish you are, to have used your diaper so much over the course of the night... that feeling right there, that little baby feeling, is heaven. you're not processing the shame that likes to creep up sometimes, you're not thinking about what anyone thinks, all you're thinking about is how full your diaper is, how it feels against you, how happy you are to know you were safe and protected from accidents last night.
i live for that bliss. relish in it. waking up and barely even thinking, just knowing that i'm a baby in a diaper, and that i'm happy that way. i don't like to even get up then, just stay laying back and enjoying the sensation of warmth from my diaper and my covers, the safety of being all taped up and under blankets, and the relaxing state of mind that usually comes with my littlespace.
