You would be surprised with how many people in your life could be going through depression at this very moment.  People hide it like a paper bag over their heads out of fear of being judged, made fun of, seen as weak, or just not taken seriously.  Depression should not be taken lightly, it holds us down from our purpose and potential in life.  Those who tell you that it doesn’t exist have never experienced depression in their life, therefore not understanding the symptoms and how it’s something that cannot be fixed in a day!  So if you think you are depressed or if you think you know someone else who is, please talk to a friend, a family member, or anyone else in your life that you trust - never overlook the possibility of seeing a doctor for more professional help!!  Your feelings are real, your feelings are shared upon millions.  Don’t hide it, talk to someone about it.  With the right help, you can rediscover your confidence and begin life anew with our undying love and support! I see so many depressed people nowadays. I don’t know if this is how the human species just is but it is so much more common than people think. And it absolutely sucks because it is so hard to come over. Let me tell you though.. It will always end up getting better. But please, do not hide your depression, it is so unhealthy and could lead to stress which could easily cause harm to your body and mind.

Humans have long been fascinated by staring into flames, and the Slow Mo Guys carry on the grand tradition here with 4K, high-speed video of a flamethrower. Like firebreathers, a flamethrower’s fire is the result of a spray of tiny, volatile droplets of fuel. Once ignited, the spray becomes a turbulent jet of flames. Turbulent flows are known for having both large and small-scale structure, and there’s some really great close-ups showing this around the 2:00 mark. Also watch the edges of the flame, where the nearby air has gotten hot enough to shimmer. Hey Bruce, I was wondering if I could have your advice on something? I'm really interested in physics and it's my favourite subject at school! However, I'm the only girl in a class of twenty-something boys, who always make subtle, snide sexist comments when the teacher isn't paying attention. I've tried ignoring it but now they're really getting to me and I've been thinking on dropping the subject. Any thoughts/advice?

Bruce: Be better then all of them. Do your absolute best and blow them all away. If you love Physics then don’t stop just because someone thinks your not worthy to learn next to them. People like that are going to be around you not matter what you do and you shouldn’t let it stop you. Next time they say anything, just hold your head up high and rub your test scores in their sexist faces.
