I feel like my life is trying to drive me insane. I dropped my music today and burst into tears and couldn't stop crying. I'm up all night on the phone with my bff to keep him alive.he sees no hope and I haven't cut in years. Help I'm being destroyed

If you want to help your best friend, you have to stay strong yourself. Try to see things positive and take some time to figure things out? I understand that you want to talk to your bff, but if you feel like shit yourself it’s really difficult to help him/her. I’m sorry because i don’t know how you can make yourself feel better, but at least try to see some things positive

I feel you, I have the same feeling all the time. That people like you when you’re drunk and they only want to talk to you or hang out with you if they are drunk themselves. But i’m sure there are people that like you for you. You just have to find them, but i’m sure things will work out just be a little patient :)

Hey. I always fought against my depression and it worked out fine, but lately everything got worse. I feel so numb and lost and everything just kinda happens around me. I don't feel like I'm a part of it anymore. Idk what to do. Can't tell anyone...

Try to enjoy the little things. You hanging out with your family or friends, eating your favorite meals, listening to your favorite music, watching a beautiful few of a city/nature or something else. If you don’t see the beauty in things, life just has no meaning. That’s how life is and that will never change. Life is what you make of it and only you can make it beautiful.

I know you probably don't get many messages from guys but here it is I was dumped 6 months ago we left on good terms then she got in a relationship with someone she would complain about to me this was a couple of months now why am I only feeling sad and lonely now and how do I stop it, thank you

It’s normal you feel lonely if the girl you really liked leaves you. It’s also not faire of her to complain about her relationship to you, because you two have a history together. You should tell her that you don’t feel good about she telling you things about her current relationship. I don’t know how you can make yourself feel better, but you should try to not think about it too much and maybe you will meet someone else you really like. You will get over her one day

What will a teacher do if they see your cuts? Because I have cut a lot recently on my wrist and I am not able to cover them 100% up. Like in gym we need to wear a short and a T-shirt (if you wear a hoodie you will be send away) but my bracelets don't cover up my cuts really well. I know I should stop but I just can't and I am really scared that someone will see it and what would happen next.

If your scars are to big the teacher can send you to someone. They are allowed to if they think there’s a life threatening situation. (Atleast that’s how it is where i live) But if you cover it up with bracelets, and you see only a little maybe your teacher or anyone else won’t even notice.. I hope it will work out fine for you

If you forgot it, just say sorry to him. It’s normal that he is a little mad because you forgot it, but if you say sorry and do something nice for him, he will get over it, i guess (:
