[M] Cappuccino Gaia - Ultima, Empyreum W21 P17 It's been years since my last JP comm request, so working on this one was extra exciting! The owner wanted a cute and cozy house with a warm color palette, plus a fantasy-themed garden. My gardens are usually more open, but for this one, I wanted to focus on details and possibly good photo/gpose angles. As a whole, I brainstormed and built in the moment, with little planning in advance. I knew I wanted the bedroom to be on a different level, but still feel connected to the overall build. Housing has been really fun lately. Thank you for supporting my designs ♥

I am absolutely. in. love. with this build! Creating something like this is a first for me, and I honestly wish this were my own house haha~ I built this with an intimate setting in mind; a place for moody and chill conversations. The bamboo grove/garden was heavily inspired by SizeriaA's "Bamboo Grove". I don't fully remake builds, but I'm making an exception and will be rebuilding this in one of my houses this year 100%.

[L] Captain's Quarters Primal - Leviathan, Mist W30 P15

The owner shared with me that they wanted their FC house to be pirate-themed, so I figured I could match their personal house to whatever their FC house ends up being~ For this build, I wanted to experiment with clutter and get more comfy with it. Still a work-in-progress, but I'm pleased with it. I also wanted the place to be as moody as possible, so I used extra slots on lighting. Lastly, I worked on the yard first before the interior, and I think this is one of the few times I slightly complained about not having enough outdoor slots.

[L] Lyhe Ghiah's Dream Primal - Ultros, Mist W13 P5

The one and only thing I wanted for this build was to use the new Lyhe Ghiah stained crystal ornament. I've been seeing it a lot in other builds, and it's so pretty! I also didn't want to create the usual house layout, so here we are with an attempt at a bar, which can maybe pass as a cafe.

[S] Marron House Primal - Ultros, Lavender Beds W22 P12

This has my record time of finishing a build in 2-3 days! I was particularly excited about this build cause the owner used one of my old builds as inspo <3

Smalls are such a LOVE to work with, thanks to their cozy space, which was perfect for this build. Definitely a core memory with almost rebuilding an old design.

[L] Crystal Suite Dynamis - Halicarnassus, Shirogane W30 P30 My first Crystarium-themed build! An easy 400-slot house; I wish I had more, so I could include more details. I've been enjoying working with city-themed builds because I get to use furnishings I haven't paid attention to. As for the yard, we really need more slots. I tried to make it as cozy as I could, and I'm happy with how it turned out~

Oh, how I adore small plots! Every time I work on one, I get this impulsive desire to move my personal house to a small plot~ whenever SE decides to implement the interior size change, I think I will make this a reality! Brainstorming the layout took a few tries because of the small space, but that added a fun factor to the process. Even with the space and item slot limitations, I wanted to use as much of the full ground floor as possible, and make the house feel a bit more open.

[L] Lily Hills Primal - Leviathan, Lavender Beds W12 P33

Easily one of my favorite builds~! I have always loved Gridania and Lavender Beds, so this was the perfect spot to create something that fits the main city.

I used as many "Glade" furnishings as I could to really embrace the Gridania theme. As for the yard, I chose something simple to blend the house together with Lavender Beds.

P.S. Those No-entry Door Partitions were not the friendliest when floating, omg haha

[L] The Golden Tree Primal - Lamia, Empyreum W14 P52

It's been on my ideas list to create something Victorian + gothic (or along the lines of), and it's finally done! I've been trying to steer away from the usual house layouts, so this one is somewhat different with a full study room. This is also my first time enjoying the larger space, thanks to the minimalist interior.

[L] Winter Retreat Primal - Leviathan, Lav Beds W17 P36

This has been a long time coming. Not only have I wanted a cottage-style build, but I also wanted to create something with a winter theme. The brainstorming took a while on this one, specifically the layout, but as soon as I figured out what I wanted to do, what was left was making everything work. The new furnishings made my life so much easier, and I can't wait for all the housing updates coming this year!

[L] Scholar's Sanctuary Primal - Leviathan, Mist W21 P35 I originally wanted to create a dorm room or a roommate-style design, which led me to think about Sharlayan. I also wanted to challenge myself with what I can only do in a large house. With these two things in mind, I ended up with a loft apartment haha. The planning and brainstorming took way longer than I wanted, but it was worth it! It then took much longer because I kept tearing things down one after another.
