You know those giant 1.5 litre bottles they use for Diet Coke and stuff? Fill it back up with water, whilst you’re chilling and watching tv or whatever just drink from it, it makes it way easier for me to get my 3 litres goal if I don’t have to keep getting up and filling my glass over and over. I know it seems dumb but honestly my skin is so clear and I’m losing weight quicker just cause it’s easier to remember to drink the water!
I don’t know if it will help anyone but hey!
honestly, cucumber water is saving my LIFE. it has so many benefits! i’m fasting until 5pm so this’ll be good :]
