Okay, so this morning started off on a very nice, well excited note as Denzel Curry dropped the visuals for his recent freestyle “6 Billion Dollar Nigga.” The FXRBE$ produced video is very trippy, and it actually makes me happy to see these two working on the music video aspect again. Like I said, very dark and trippy, but that’s nothing unfamiliar from this duo or even FXBRE$ himself. The video, as you can see features Curry just out, seems like a bridge over traffic, and what not, but you can see all that for yourself. I’m here to talk about the actual track.
Ronny J went crazy with the drum pattern that he started this track with. The track itself, just as the video is short and sweet. It gets the ultimate point across. Denzel Curry is here, and he’s done letting up. He’s ready to attack and claim the game. That’s always a good look from artists because we tend to get their best work when they’re emotionally driven. From this track I can see Curry ready to blow and much bigger. It’s pretty cool also because most of us in Miami who were Klan fans get to see Denzel Curry go from the little brother of the group to the star. Denzel Curry is really on his way to be a 6 Billion Dollar Nigga and based off of his rage in this track, if you get in his way, you’ve got another thing coming. Shout out to C9 is the Future.
