Emmet’s new Christmas album
Yep you heard right, Emmet Cahill will be putting out a Christmas album. However, physical copies are only available at his Christmas tour stops (which is the same as it was for the Blessings album) but there will be a online download to buy.
I personally think this is ridiculous and stupid. It screws over the West Coast of the US entirely as there are no tour stops there as well as 90% of his fan base who want physical copies (either for themselves and/or for gifts). It pisses me to to be honest. Not to mention a LOT of his fan base is older and doesn’t have the capabilities to download the album. This decision has caused me to lose a lot of respect for him.

These men are absolute darlings and I had THE MOST AMAZING time last night. My best friend and I have been waiting YEARS to see Celtic Thunder. Were were middle, third row from the stage and the VIP event after the show was SO much fun.
Emmet Cahill appreciation post because…Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, this is one fine man!
He’s got the voice of an angel, he plays guitar, piano, violin, and accordion, and he is endlessly polite. Oh, yeah, and he’s very pretty to look at. Lol. He hasn’t been with CT the whole ten years, but he’s definitely one of the most memorable members, often performing traditional Irish ballads and cracking some hilarious jokes. I’ve seen 2 of his solo shows and one show with CT (last night!!! It was so amazing!!!), and I have met him twice as well. He really is the nicest man you’ll ever meet.
