Note: If you're a new follower, I suggest you hit random or look through the archives. This blog may feature any form of Dragon Age art, including drawings, sculptures, cosplay and more. Submissions of art and your favorite artists are appreciated. This blog was created because of the number of girl x guy and even girl x girl art of a high quality was very low in comparison to the level of male x male high quality art I saw on my dash every day, thus inspiring me to attempt to make up for the lack of proportion. The aim of this blog to give exposure to those artists who I believe go beyond the usual fandom pairings, or otherwise choose to present rarer yet skillful art. While not prejudiced, this blog will not generally feature homosexual DA fanart, because there are many of blogs which do so out there already. This policy may seem controversial to those who take it as such, I must stress that this blog is directed at those who wish to see this type of art.
I got the books for my Renaissance Art History exam and this happened.
I did Leliana first, inspired by an angel on a fresco, and then I thought ”oh let’s just make them all”
*lies down on bed and dies*
I think I wanted to prove some kind of point to myself by drawing these but sadly I can’t remember what the point was
I was thinking maybe doing a quick portrait like this for all the companions or LI’s? If anyone would be interested in seeing them I guess. I have some time off from school. I’m going to do it.
This is not a question, but a statement. Thank you for doing what you do. As an artist, I love admiring the exceptional art you find and highlight. As a raging Dragon Age fangirl, I love oggling the handsome men of Dragon Age, displayed in their full glory by talented artists. I appreciate your blog, and love to check in every week or so.
Wow...
Thank you! That made my day. I wonder sometimes, if anyone really enjoys it, but, that made me want to keep up with it even more. I can't express my appreciation. Thank you!
I want to remind you that this blog does take submissions and if you see any quality holiday or winter-themed Dragon Age art, I think that'd really spruce up the blog, plus it'd make the archive for December even more useful in the future!
Or feel free to direct me to any artists who you know might be doing some, I'd love to see it!
