Aphrodite, goddess of love and beauty, born of seafoam and starlight, radiant as the dawn and fierce as the tides. From the depths of the ocean to the heights of Olympus, her presence stirs hearts and awakens longing.
She walks with the grace of blooming roses and the fire of unspoken desire, her laughter as intoxicating as the sweetest perfume. She is the weaver of passion, the muse of every lover’s sigh, the spark in a poet’s pen and the ache in an artist’s soul.
With every glance, she binds gods and mortals alike in silken threads of enchantment. Yet beneath her divine allure lies power — the power to shatter empires or mend broken hearts, to stir wars and inspire peace, to reveal the truth hidden in longing. Eternal, untamed, and endlessly adored, Aphrodite reigns not only over hearts — but over the very essence of love itself.
Name: "Who else would I be? The Great Aphrodite."
It's Aphrodite.
Age: "It's rude to ask a lady her age."
The current age is unknown, but she's been around for centuries.
Relationship Status: "Married. Yes the rumours are true."
Married, Correct.
Relationships:
@bl00d3d-sw0rds - Ares.
Aphrodite generally cares for him and checks on his well-being every now and then, she always tries to rouse his attention. She'd do anything in hopes that it might bring a smile to his face one day.
@lightninglux3 - Zeus.
Aphrodite sees him as nothing more than a pretentious asshole who rules Olympus and others, There is some days where she may get along with him, it depends on the situation.
@qu33n-0f-f34th3rs - Hera.
Bitch, In no world would Aphrodite get along with Hera. After all, the goddess of marriage, married her off to Hephaestus out of spite. (If you have an idea as to why, please dm me ❤️)
@lightning-wielder and @hera-of-peacocks - Zeus and Hera.
The other versions of the ones she's more familiar with put her at slight ease. Sometimes she'll snap at them but apologise afterwards of course, it's just different for her.
@king-of-the-underworld-13 - Hades.
Persephone is a delightful person, whereas him on the other hand not so much, we're all not to terrible you know.
etc etc.

Aphrodite believes that Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so she does not have a defined form currently. She appears as what others perceive as beautiful.
If someone sat Next to Ares when the Olympians one and a lifetime eat together, she will grab that person and throw them off the chair before acting like nothing happens.
In terms of her being married to Hephaestus It's an open marriage, they both believe that he would rather work on inventions and others than focus on love, allowing her to be with Ares.
If her and Ares got into a fight, she'd give him the silent treatment by turning her head away, if they were in the same room, she'd repeat that or skedaddle out of there.
Aphrodite has a strong dislike for Hera and Zeus, Her marriage to Hephaestus was forced upon her and she didn't get the option, she still holds that grudge.
Everytime a God or goddess who were together fight, Aphrodite becomes vulnerable as in disoriented and distressed along the lines of more weaker depending on the severity of the outburst. (Shout out to @lightninglux3 for that starter rp that gave me this wonderful idea.)
Aphrodite has wings at the back of her head that covers her face majority of the time, it resembles a heart. (Creds to: @moonstruckdraws for the lovely design inspo.)
Aphrodite never gets a chance to say 'Happy Mother's day' to her own mother.
[Hebe greeted with a nod and a warm chirp before continuing]
I made a new recipe of Nectar to taste like Rose Wine.. I have a lot more time on my hands to experiment.
[she hesitated before continuing on with a small smile, holding the bottle out]
I thought you'd enjoy it the most, if not, that's alright!
(hellooo! @cupb3arer-of-y0uth )
"Good afternoon to you, Wonderful Hebe."
Aphrodite turned her head slightly from looking around, before reaching out and taking the bottle.
"Thank you. I'll definitely enjoy this."
It smelt really nice, as she offered a smile to calm the latter's nerves, placing it down beside her for a moment.
Me trying not to cause a scene when I see someone bring up the 'Hades wished Nico died instead of Bianca' thing on every post that praises Hades in the slightest despite the fact that didn't happen (the canonical quote is him saying it'd be better if Bianca lived to take the prophecy) and it'd make no sense for him character wise to even WANT THAT (i'm being so good):
Is this what Luke Castellan/ TA fans feel on a daily basis?
Back again tho to be fair this doesn't really count because someone acknowledged that he isn't the baddest
tho I'm still reblogging this because tbh i feel like at this point it's dumb to call Hades a bad parent considering he redeemed himself 2 series ago, is KEEPING IT UP and also Nico holds no ill will against him
(I'm so back!! Sorry for being away for far too long. I just haven't really had any activity on this blog, but I'm determined to readjust the blog in a way.)
Persephone introduced me to this website and, along with the Olympians, insisted I make an account, so here it is. I'm quite a busy man, so don’t test me. (If you want to spam my asks it's okay) I'm not exactly the best at this "blogging" thing.
(Mainly a PJO rp, but also EPIC)
Age: (older than you) Appears as 24
Pronouns: He/Him
Likes: My wife, my kingdom, my dog, black coffee, alone time, cuddles with Persephone
Dislikes: My annoying Olympian family, being bothered while working, hot weather

Well, that's my blog, I guess. I need to get back to running the Underworld. Paperwork and stuff. (Spamming the asks are okay)
"Hera. I heard the news, it travels fast around Olympus. I had to pry it out of Hermes."
Aphrodite smiled in a graceful manner, hands in front of her as she nodded slowly, her eyes trailing around the area, before it went back to the queen.
"How are you feeling? You must be tired, my god."
She took some small steps forward, She got bored and wanted to see how the woman was doing, especially after everything with Metis.
~ The woman of love, Her dearest Aphrodite. {@g0ddess-0f-love]
"Aphrodite." A smile spread over her lips as she laid eyes on the Goddess, head tilting to the side. She got up to properly speak with her fellow Goddess. Hints of anxiety laced her voice as she spoke. "How much did you hear, exactly?" Her hands were wrapped around a rolled up paper, a ribbon tying it shut. -🦚
"Enough, to not share around my dear. I'm not one to do it to you, that would be awful."
Aphrodite spoke lightly, nodding slowly, as she walked over to some chairs and took a seat. She placed one hand in her lap and the other twirling her hair into a curl around her finger.
"I'm actually rather curious what rumours they are spreading of me, and how many of those are truthful. But I suppose you're too mature to indulge in such manner."
Hera took in Aphrodite's stance and body language. From what she could tell, the Goddess didn't seem to care very much about what Hera had done. Good. Atleast she had some allies left.
"Needed some good company while my dear Ares is off at a war."
Aphrodite was not one to look at someone differently for what they had done, the gods themselves have all done some terrible stuff and they know it. But overall, Hera knew she could still find a friend in her.
"Hm, they still talk about the stuff with Lady Metis, or a new one, that one of you - whether it's you or Zeus - are having children, that made me curious, but I thought to get it from you better than rumours."
"I'm very much so hoping for another child. But I'll let Zeus take the honours of carrying them." She mumbled.
... Yes. Metis. It was entirely her fault, honestly. Such a foolish girl. Indulging with me. How dare she." The Queen raised her head to appear more confident in her words, trying to cover up the wavering of her voice.
"Are you treating him well?" She tilted her head. "Ares, I mean." Hera spoke softly, trying to deflect the conversation away from herself. Speaking of that traitorous owl lady was too much. -🦚
"Why wouldn't I? Ares is as amazing as ever, i do hope he's doing well in that war."
Aphrodite did see that she wanted to discuss something else, something other than Metis and she respected it, Aphrodite was not one to push the boundaries unless she truly needed too.
"Also, Congratulations on your soon to be new children. I cannot wait to look after them on occasion."
"I have no doubt he's doing alright." A faint smile tugged at her lips.
"He's a gentleman to you, I hope? Not like... Certain people." Hera cast an accusatory glance in the direction of Metis' chambers, rolling her eyes.
"And thank you. I'm quite hoping for a boy. It's been a while since we've had a little boy." She hesitated. "Have you and Ares tried for any children recently?" -🦚
"That would be a surprise, but it's a topic we may need to discuss over time. But yes, he is a gentleman. You raised him well."
Aphrodite laughed mildly at the glance to Metis's chamber, she just placed her hands on her lap with a short nod.
"It would be nice thoug, Eros, Anteros, Harmonia, Phobos and Deimos are all grown enough, how I wish they were smaller now a days."
"Hera. I heard the news, it travels fast around Olympus. I had to pry it out of Hermes."
